A U. S. court on Friday ruled in favor of a man who claimed he sold Viagra online to "marijuana" after he was caught on camera selling a fake Viagra for $4 off Craigslist, the New York Post reports.

The U. Attorney's Office for the Northern District of Illinois says the man is also involved in the FBI's "black market" and organized crime group that has used the Internet to sell counterfeit Viagra.
